There isn't much air to cool, so the front vents drag a 45-plus interior down to bearable quicker than any SUV manages. Set expectations honestly: this is single-zone manual AC with no rear vents, standard at the price. Back-seat passengers wait on the airflow reaching them from the front, so a full car on the hottest days leans on the system a little harder. Park in shade or a basement where you can, and only the first minute back in the car is really rough.

Who should skip it

Rent the Mitsubishi Attrage 2025 if you drive mostly solo or two-up and want the cheapest sensible automatic for a Dubai week or month. For the commute, city errands and the odd airport run, little else costs less to keep fuelled, and that big boot means you rarely wish you'd sized up on space.

Skip it in two cases. Carry four adults and a full load of luggage on the regular, and both the back seat and the engine feel it, so a mid-size sedan like a Corolla or a Sunny gives everyone room and a bit more push. And if your week lives on Sheikh Zayed Road with fast overtakes, the modest power wears thin quickly. The three-cylinder gets vocal and the CVT flares the revs while the speed takes its time, so you learn to plan the move rather than stab the pedal.
