The three models we rent answer three different questions, and mixing them up is the usual mistake.
The Continental GT is the driver's car. A 4.0 twin-turbo V8 or the W12 in older cars, two doors, two seats that count and two more that don't, and a chassis that wants Sheikh Zayed Road and the sweepers up to Hatta. If you're the one driving and you're mostly two people, this is the one. The back seats take a child or a short hop, not a grown adult for an hour.
The Flying Spur is the same engineering with a proper back seat. Four doors, room for two tall passengers behind you, and the quieter, more isolated ride of the two. We rent this most to people who'll spend part of the week being driven and part of it driving themselves, or who want one car that does the Dubai Opera evening and the Abu Dhabi run in equal comfort. If a passenger is going to remember the car, it's this one.
The Bentayga is the answer when neither of the above has the space or the height. It seats four in real comfort, five at a push, and the boot swallows a family's luggage where the GT's barely holds a weekend bag. You sit higher, which helps on a kerbed Marina ramp or a loose desert-camp track, though we'd point you at a proper 4WD if serious dunes are the plan. For families and airport runs with luggage, the Bentayga is the sensible Bentley.
Driving it yourself, or being driven
Most of our Bentleys go out self-drive, and that's the point of renting one here. The roads reward it. But a chauffeur makes sense for a wedding, a long business day, or anyone who'd rather not park a car this size at the mall. The Flying Spur and Bentayga both work chauffeured; the GT doesn't, since the back isn't built for it. Tell us which when you book and we'll set the car up accordingly.
What's handled before you drive away
The Salik tag is fitted and the tolls are on us, so the Sheikh Zayed Road gates and the crossings out to Abu Dhabi don't become a separate bill at the end. Insurance is included, and mileage is unlimited, which matters if your week stretches from a DXB pickup to a Ras Al Khaimah weekend and back. We deliver and collect anywhere in Dubai at no charge, including both airports. Pickup takes a few minutes: licence check, a walk around the car, and we pair your phone before you go.
The honest version
A Bentley is heavy and wide, and Dubai's summer asphalt is hard on big tyres, so the GT and Flying Spur reward smooth driving more than hard launches. The cabins cool fast even in a July afternoon, which on a car you'll leave parked in the sun for hours is worth more than it sounds. If you only ever sit in the back, a Rolls-Royce does that job with more ceremony. If you want to drive, or to switch between driving and being driven across a week, the Bentley is the better-judged rental, and the Flying Spur is the one we'd put most people in.

How old do I need to be to rent a Bentley in Dubai?
You'll generally need to be at least 25 to rent any of our Bentleys, which is higher than the 21 or 23 we ask on standard cars because of the value involved. You'll need a valid driving licence, and visitors should carry an International Driving Permit alongside their home licence. Residents drive on a UAE licence. Bring your passport or Emirates ID at handover and the check takes a couple of minutes.
Can I rent a Bentley without paying a security deposit?
Yes, we book our Bentleys with no security deposit, including the Continental GT, Flying Spur and Bentayga. On a car at this price that's unusual, since most desks ring-fence a large amount on your card, so it frees up your credit limit for the rest of the trip. Insurance is included in the booking. You're still responsible for fines and any agreed insurance excess if there's an at-fault incident.
Which Bentley is best for a family arriving at the airport?
The Bentayga is the one to take for a family airport run, because it seats four in comfort and its boot actually holds a week of luggage where the Continental GT can't. We can have it waiting at DXB or DWC arrivals and load it for you, since delivery and collection are free across Dubai. If you're two adults travelling light, the Flying Spur is roomier in the back than you'd expect and rides beautifully. For three or four with bags, size up to the Bentayga.
Should I drive the Bentley myself or take a chauffeur?
You can do either, and most of our renters drive themselves, since that's where a Bentley earns its keep on roads like the Jebel Jais climb. A chauffeur suits a wedding, a full business day, or anyone who'd rather skip parking a large car. The Flying Spur and Bentayga both work well with a driver; the Continental GT doesn't, because its rear seats aren't built for adult passengers. Just tell us which you want when you book.
How are Salik tolls and traffic fines handled?
The Salik tag is already fitted and the tolls are covered, so you can use the Sheikh Zayed Road gates and the Abu Dhabi crossings without a separate charge at the end. Traffic fines are different: anything you incur while driving stays your responsibility, and these are logged against the car and settled through us after they appear. We'll let you know if any come through before you return the car. Drive within the limits and the cameras on these roads stay quiet.
