Mazda 3 2025 - start from 117 AED / day

Book the Mazda 3 2025 in Dubai and you get a compact sedan that drives and feels well above its economy rate, with a no-deposit plan so your card stays free for the week. It's the 2.0-litre, 150 hp automatic, five seats, front-wheel drive. The decision this page helps you make is whether the 3 is enough car for your trip, because it gives you a genuinely good cabin and a sharp drive but asks you to accept a snug back seat in return. For one or two people, that's an easy yes. For a full load of adults, read on before you book.

How it drives, and why people pick it

The Mazda 3 has built its reputation on being the small car keen drivers actually want, and the 2025 sedan keeps that going. The steering is precise and weighted properly, the body stays settled through a fast slip road, and it's quieter at speed than most cars near this rate. The 2.0-litre four makes 150 hp through a six-speed automatic, with a 0-100 of roughly 9.3 seconds. That number reads modest, but the gearbox shifts cleanly and the chassis is so composed that the car feels livelier and more secure than the figure suggests.

On Sheikh Zayed Road it holds a lane without nagging at the wheel and has the mid-range for a confident overtake at 120. A run out to DXB or DWC, or a longer drive toward Abu Dhabi, passes without the cabin droning at you. Top speed is about 210 km/h, which is academic here, but the relaxed cruise it gives you at legal speeds is the real benefit.

The table is reference. The numbers that decide your week are the boot, the rear seat and the clearance, and each gets a straight answer below.

Luggage and passengers, honestly

The boot holds 450 litres, a good figure for a compact sedan. Two large cases plus a couple of soft bags drop in without a fight, so an airport pickup for two is no trouble at all. Where you need to be honest is the rear seat. The low roofline and high window line make the back snug, and three adults across for a long trip will not be comfortable. Two adults up front with two kids behind on mall runs is fine. Four grown adults heading to Hatta with luggage is not what this car is for.

If rear space matters more to you than how the car looks and drives, a Toyota Corolla or Hyundai Elantra gives more room back there for similar money, and a small SUV gives you both space and an easier step-in.

Parking and Dubai roads

At 4.66 metres long the 3 is no harder to place than any other sedan. The steering lightens at parking speed, so tight multi-storey bays and Marina ramps are straightforward. The one thing to mind is the 135 mm ground clearance, which sits on the low side. Take steep mall ramps and the more aggressive speed bumps gently and you'll keep the nose clear. It's a road car through and through, so sand is off the table and a proper 4x4 is the answer if Hatta wadis are on your plan.

Staying cool when it's 45 outside

Cooling matters from May through September, when a parked cabin turns into an oven within the hour. The Mazda 3 has one thing in its favour here: the cabin is small, so the AC has less air to fight. The front vents pull the temperature down to bearable within a couple of minutes, and there are outlets at the back of the console for rear passengers, which not every car this size bothers with. Park in shade where you can, run the AC for a minute before you load up, and it copes well on the worst days.

Fuel and the rules you should know

The 51-litre tank paired with the efficient 2.0-litre makes this car cheap to keep fed. Expect somewhere around 6 to 8 L/100 km depending on how much you sit in traffic with the AC working, which means a tank stretches well past a week of normal city running before you need a station. A steady highway stint does better still.

Salik tolls are billed to you as you pass the gantries, and any RTA fines during the rental are the renter's to pay, so watch your speed on the cameras along the E11. Seatbelts are required in every seat, and a child under four needs a car seat by law, which we can fit on request.

Who should rent it

Rent the Mazda 3 2025 if you're one or two people, or a couple with a small child, who'd rather drive something sharp and well built than a plain economy box. For solo business trips, couples and city driving with the odd highway run, it's the most satisfying car you can get at this rate, and the no-deposit plan plus rent-from-18 makes it easy to get into. Size up to a sedan with more rear room, or to a small SUV like a CX-5, if four adults and a week of luggage are your normal. For everyone else, the 3 is the compact we'd put our own money on.
