Land Rover Range Rover 2025 - start from 1,156 AED / day

When the occasion calls for the most prestigious badge in the car park, the full-size Range Rover 2025 is the one people rent in Dubai, and we hand it over at your door in one to two hours. This is the flagship: a genuinely large luxury SUV that seats your family in serious comfort, arrives in style at any event, and still has real desert ability under the leather. The decision this page helps you make is simple. The full-size Range Rover earns its money if you need that combination of badge, space and capability. If you don't, a smaller Range Rover Sport or another luxury SUV will cost you less and park easier.

What you're actually renting

Most of our Range Rovers are the 3.0-litre six-cylinder petrol with mild-hybrid assistance, all-wheel drive and the ZF eight-speed automatic. It makes around 395 HP, plenty to move a car this size without drama on Sheikh Zayed Road. There's also a 4.4-litre V8 for extra muscle, and a plug-in hybrid that runs on electric power for short city trips before the petrol engine takes over. For a Dubai rental week, the six-cylinder petrol is the sensible default, and it's the version most of these numbers describe.

Does my family and luggage fit

Yes, comfortably, in a way most luxury SUVs at this price can't match. Five adults travel with room to spare, and the long boot swallows a full set of airport cases plus the soft bags on top. A family of six or seven gets the optional third row, which turns it into a proper seven-seater, though that back row eats into boot space, so plan a roof bag for a big airport run with all seats up. At over five metres long, nobody feels squeezed. The long-wheelbase version stretches to 5252 mm for extra rear legroom, which matters if you're being driven and less so if you're at the wheel yourself.

Heat, parking and the everyday reality

In a Dubai July, cabin cooling is the first thing you'll notice. A car this big takes a moment longer to drop from 50-something degrees after a day in the sun, but the climate system pulls it down fast, and rear passengers get their own vents plus cooled seats on most trims. Nobody in the back sweats on the way to dinner.

The size cuts the other way in car parks. At over two metres wide with the mirrors out and more than five metres long, this is a large vehicle in a Marina multi-storey or a tight mall bay. The cameras and sensors are genuinely good, and you'll use them. The air suspension soaks up speed bumps and mall ramps that would scrape a lower car, and you can raise the body when a ramp looks mean. For anyone nervous about width, that's worth weighing before you book.

A few Dubai rules in short. Salik tolls run through your account, and any RTA fines during your rental pass to you. Seatbelts are required in every seat, and under-fours need a child seat, which we can fit on request.

The desert is not a bluff

Plenty of luxury SUVs look the part and would never leave tarmac. This one will. Ground clearance lifts to 295 mm in off-road mode, the terrain response system has settings for sand and rock, and the wading depth handles the soft tracks around Hatta and the dunes past the city limits. If your week includes a real desert day, not just a photo on a flat track, the full-size Range Rover manages it with the air suspension raised and tyres aired down. It's one of the few cars in our fleet equally at home valet-parked at a five-star and crawling up a dune.

Fuel, range and how often you'll stop

Be honest with yourself here. In Dubai stop-and-go traffic with the AC fighting 45-degree heat, this heavy, powerful SUV returns real-world economy well short of the brochure. The 90-litre tank and quoted range of up to 919 km look generous, but city use brings that down a lot. Expect to refuel once or twice on a typical week, more with daily DXB or DWC airport runs across town. The V8 drinks harder still. If the fuel bill matters to you, that's a signal in itself.

Who should rent it, and who shouldn't

Rent the full-size Range Rover 2025 if you want the most prestigious badge with room for the whole family and real off-road ability behind it: a wedding, a corporate arrival, a big-family week with a desert day built in. Nothing else does all three at once.

Skip it if you're two people doing city errands and the occasional airport run. You'll pay for size and fuel you won't use, and you'll fight the width in every car park. Step down to a Range Rover Sport for nearly the same presence in a smaller footprint, or take a cheaper luxury SUV if the badge isn't the point. The full-size car is for when the occasion is as big as the car, and when it is, nothing in this class touches it.
