Block out a week in Dubai for back-to-back client meetings, and the car you land in matters more than usual. The Audi A3 2025 is the newest way into that badge here: this year's facelifted sedan carries a revised front end, new wheel options and an updated MMI screen over the previous few model years, though nothing that changes how it drives. We hand one over at your door, hotel or office, usually inside one to two hours of booking. That speed matters when your first meeting is at 9 and your flight landed at 6. This page answers one question: does the newest A3 suit a business week, or is it better suited to something else.
Open the bonnet and you find the same 1.5-litre turbo four that has powered this generation of A3 since 2020: 150 hp, 250 Nm of torque, and a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic sending drive to the front wheels. Audi hasn't touched the mechanicals for the 2025 facelift, so 0-100 km/h lands around 8 seconds and top speed sits at 231 km/h. That is calm, unhurried pace rather than anything sporty. A Camry or an Elantra will keep up with it away from the lights, and on Sheikh Zayed Road an overtake at 120 happens smoothly rather than with any real push in the back.
What the facelift actually buys you is inside the cabin. Crisper graphics on the digital instrument cluster, a reworked centre screen and trim details read newer than the pre-2024 cars still working Dubai's rental fleets. For a business trip where the car doubles as a rolling meeting room and a way to arrive somewhere looking put together, that is worth more than the second a hot hatch would save you off the line.

For one traveller, or two working the same week, the A3 does its job without complaint. The 425-litre boot is a real strength in this class, a flat sedan floor that takes a laptop bag, a suit carrier and a full-size case with room left for a second bag, so an airport run into a week of meetings does not mean rearranging luggage on the kerb.
The back seat is the part the facelift did not fix. This is a compact sedan on a 2,635 mm wheelbase, shorter than a Corolla or an Elantra, and it shows the moment you put a colleague or a client behind a tall driver. Fine for a short hop between a hotel and an office. Less fine if you are the one running airport pickups for a visiting team and need three adults comfortable for 40 minutes on the highway. Two up front with a case each is where this car is happiest, not a full car of colleagues and their bags.
On fuel the A3 is easy to plan around. The 1.5 turbo returns close to 16 km/l on a mix of city and highway driving, dropping to around 13 in stop-start traffic, and the 50-litre tank is good for close to 700 km between fills. For a business week of hotel-to-office-to-meeting driving, that is one stop at the pump, maybe two.
Dubai heat is the other cost of doing business here, and a compact cabin like this one cools down fast. Climb back in after the car has sat in a hotel car park at 47 degrees and the front vents pull the temperature down within a couple of minutes. Rear vents are there too, useful if you are carrying a passenger rather than driving alone. At 4,504 mm long the A3 is easy to park in office towers and mall basements, though ground clearance is only about 140 mm, so take the steepest ramps and the sharper speed bumps slowly and square on to avoid scraping the nose. Two things to budget for on any Dubai rental: Salik tolls, which are yours to pay, and RTA fines, which pass straight to the renter. Seat belts are mandatory in every seat.
Rent the Audi A3 2025 if your week is largely solo, or two people, moving between meetings, a hotel and the airport, and you want a car that looks and feels a step above the usual rental fleet without paying A4 money for it. It is quiet at a cruise, easy to park, cheap enough to run that a week of driving costs little to fuel, and it carries the newest cabin tech in the A3 line right now.
Size up if you are the one collecting a visiting team, or if three or four adults with luggage are a regular part of your week. The back seat and the boot both run out of room before the badge does. As a premium compact it carries comprehensive insurance with an excess, so ask about the deposit rather than expecting a no-deposit deal reserved for economy cars. Your daily allowance is 250 km, extra kilometres are charged at AED 0.5 each, and you need to be at least 21 to take the keys. For the right renter, mostly alone or in a pair, running a business week out of a car that feels genuinely upmarket, the 2025 A3 is a clean, easy choice.
