The Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace 2024 gives a family seven seats and a genuinely well-built German cabin without the bulk or thirst of a full-size 4x4, and we deliver it across Dubai with a no-deposit plan if you'd rather not tie up a card hold. This is the stretched Tiguan: the same solid interior, a longer body, two extra seats and a bigger boot. The case for it is quality. You get a car that feels a cut above the usual budget seven-seater and still parks and fuels like a sensible SUV. The trade-offs are in the third row and the boot, and they decide how you'll actually use it, so we'll be honest about both below.
Most seven-seaters at this price feel like transport and little else. The Allspace doesn't. The plastics are solid, the doors shut with weight, and the driving position feels like a proper SUV rather than a tall hatch. After a week of school runs, mall trips and airport pickups, that build quality holds up where a budget rival starts to rattle and creak. It's the difference between a car you tolerate for the week and one you're happy to spend hours in. For a family that wants the extra seats but doesn't want to feel like they've rented down to get them, the cabin is the whole argument.

That depends entirely on who's in row three. With all seven seats up, the boot shrinks to a soft-bag-and-shopping space, not a suitcase one. Plan the third row for kids or short hops across town, an airport run with grandparents, a beach day. Two grown adults back there for an hour is fine; for a long highway haul they'll want out. Drop the third row and the picture changes completely. As a five-seater the Allspace swallows a big weekly shop or several large cases with ease, and that's how most renters end up using it: row three down, the extra length treated as boot. A family of seven travelling light works. A family of seven with a week of airport cases does not, and for that you should size up.
The 2.0 turbo with 201 hp and the DSG gearbox give this car more than enough for Dubai. Merging onto the E11, overtaking at speed, holding 120 on a long run to DXB or out to DWC, none of it strains the engine. The 4MOTION all-wheel drive isn't there for dunes; it's there for stability when the car's fully loaded and you're changing lanes at highway speed, so treat it as confidence on tarmac rather than a desert tool. On fuel, expect roughly 12 km/L in city stop-and-go and up to 14.5 on the highway in real conditions. With the 60-litre tank, that's a genuine week of mixed driving for most families before you're back at the pump, which is easy on the wallet for a seven-seat SUV.
Around the Marina and in multi-storey mall bays, remember this is a midsize SUV close to 4.7 metres long. It parks fine, but you'll use the cameras and think about your angles in the tight bays. The 201 mm of ground clearance clears Dubai's speed bumps and mall ramps without the scrape a low sedan gives you, so you stop bracing for the nose. Heat is the summer test. Parked at 45 in the sun, the larger cabin takes a minute or two longer to cool than a small hatch, but the second row gets its own air vents, so once it's running the people in the middle aren't roasting. Third-row passengers get the least airflow, another reason that row suits short trips rather than long July hauls.
A few charges pass straight to you as the renter. Salik tolls are on your account, and any RTA fines during the rental are yours too. Seat belts are required in every seat, and children under four need a proper child seat, worth sorting before you set off with a full car. We can deliver the Allspace to you within one to two hours anywhere in the city, with 250 km included per day, which covers a normal family week of school runs and errands without extra-kilometre worries.
Rent the Allspace 2024 if you've got a bigger family or a group of six or seven and you want a genuinely nice cabin without stepping up to a thirsty full-size 4x4. It's the sensible quality pick: comfortable, easy on fuel for its size, and big enough for most of what a Dubai week throws at a family. Just go in clear-eyed. The third row is for kids and short hops, and the boot is tight with all seven seats in use.
If you never need seven seats, save a little and take the standard five-seat Tiguan, which gives the same cabin and a roomier boot day to day. If you're heading into soft-sand dunes rather than graded tracks, this isn't built for it, and a body-on-frame 4x4 is the right tool. And if you simply want the most luggage space for five people, a five-seat SUV beats the seven-up Allspace. For everyone in between, the family that needs the seats some of the time and wants a well-made car the rest of it, the Allspace is the easy call.
