The load lip is high enough that heavy cases want a proper lift rather than a slide, so if you are collecting someone with a bad back from the airport, be the one loading.

Five seats, and how they hold up in July

The 2,620 mm wheelbase buys real rear legroom, so an adult sits behind an adult without either of them negotiating. Width is where you should be realistic. The quoted minimum of 150 mm ground clearance at full load handles the aggressive speed bumps in residential clusters and steep basement ramps without a scrape. That is the limit of it, though. This is a front-wheel-drive car wearing SUV bodywork, so nothing about it belongs on soft sand.

Who should book it

Take the JS4 if the load space is the problem you are solving: a family arriving with a month of luggage, someone moving between apartments, a group of four who all packed properly.
