Ferrari F8 2023 - start from 3,892 AED / day

Book a Ferrari F8 2023 for a wedding entrance, a birthday, or one clear morning when Sheikh Zayed Road is empty and you want to feel what 720 horsepower does to your stomach. We deliver it to your hotel or villa door, usually within one to two hours, so the car arrives at the moment you actually need it rather than after a queue at a counter. This is the focused, twin-turbo V8 Ferrari, the one built around the driver rather than the weekend bag. Rent it for an occasion or a drive, and the F8 rewards you. Treat it as daily transport and it'll frustrate you. The rest of this page is about telling those two cases apart.

What you're actually renting

The F8 is a two-seat mid-engine supercar with a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 sitting behind your shoulders. The version that rents here is the Spider, with a retractable hardtop, so you get open air on demand and a proper roof for the heat. Ferrari quotes 720 horsepower, 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, and a top speed of 340 km/h. Those aren't bragging numbers you'll round up to look good. They're real, and on an open stretch of E11 the car covers ground faster than your brain expects the first time.

What that means in practice: the F8 is savage when you ask it to be and surprisingly calm when you don't. The turbos fill in low-down torque, so you don't have to wring its neck to move quickly, but the noise and the shove from about 4,000 rpm upward are the reason to rent this car over a softer GT.

Where it shines, and where it doesn't

A twin-turbo V8 like this wants room to breathe. Early morning on Sheikh Zayed Road, the airport runs out toward Abu Dhabi, the open desert highways past the edge of the city: that's where the F8 makes sense, where you can use third and fourth gear and let it pull. The steering is quick and the car shrinks around you once you're moving, which is rare for something this fast.

Rush hour is the opposite story. Stuck in stop-start traffic, you're sitting low, the clutch is shuffling, the cabin is warm, and 720 horsepower does nothing for you. Nobody rents an F8 to crawl past Trade Centre at 6pm. Plan your drive for when the roads are quiet and you'll get every dirham's worth. Plan it badly and you'll spend your hire idling.

Heat is the other reality. Dubai summers sit in the high 40s, and a low-roof sports car bakes fast when it's parked in the sun. The AC pulls a small two-seat cabin down quickly once you're rolling, but give it a head start: drop the roof for a minute to vent the worst of the heat before you set off, then close up and let the system catch up. There are no rear vents to worry about because there's no rear seat. It's just you and one passenger.

The things people forget to ask

Two seats and almost no boot. There's a small space under the front bonnet, enough for a couple of soft bags or a camera, and that's it. If you're heading to the airport with luggage, this is the wrong car. Bring a small bag or nothing.

The nose sits very low. Speed bumps, steep mall ramps, and sharp driveway lips are genuine hazards, and Dubai has plenty of all three. The F8 has a front-axle lift that raises the nose at the press of a button, and you'll use it constantly: ramps into Marina car parks, the entrances to most malls, your villa gate. Get into the habit early. Forgetting it on a steep ramp is how people scrape a Ferrari.

Parking takes thought too. The car is wide, just under two metres, and visibility behind is poor with the roof up. Tight multi-storey bays and tight U-turns need patience. Open valet at a hotel is the easy answer, and most of the places you'd take an F8 have it.

Costs that pass to you

A few Dubai rules apply to the renter, not us. Salik tolls run on the car's tag and get billed to your rental, so every gantry you pass is yours. RTA speed enforcement is strict and the cameras are everywhere, and in a car that hits illegal speeds in second gear, that matters more than usual. Any fines come back to you. Seat belts are mandatory, which is academic in a two-seater but worth saying.

Exotics also carry tighter rental terms than a normal economy car. The minimum age and the security arrangement for a supercar like the F8 are stricter than what you'd see on a hatchback, so confirm the exact age requirement and the security terms with us at the time of booking rather than assuming. We'll lay them out clearly before the car leaves for your door.

Who should rent it, and who shouldn't

Rent the F8 if you want a real driver's Ferrari for a specific reason: an event, a photo shoot, a milestone, or a morning blast on empty roads. The hardcore twin-turbo V8 and the 2.9-second pace are the whole point, and on the right road it delivers something a softer convertible can't.

Skip it if you need to carry people or luggage, if your plan is mostly city traffic, or if you want a relaxed cruiser to drift around in. For two people who want open-top comfort over outright speed, a Portofino is the easier daily companion. For something even more extreme, the 296 steps up again. But if your week has one great drive in it and you want the sharpest, most focused Ferrari we deliver, the F8 is the one to book.
