Rent Rolls Royce Cullinan 2025 in Dubai

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2025 is the first Cullinan we've put on the Dubai fleet that's genuinely a Series II car, not last year's shape with a new number on the paperwork. It comes in blue, five seats, with 250 kilometres of daily mileage built into the rental before anything extra gets billed, generous room for a week of city driving. Underneath the new grille and the digital dials sits the same 6.75-litre V12 and air suspension every Cullinan we've run since 2018. This page works out what actually changed for 2025, whether that's worth paying for over an older Cullinan on the same fleet, and what a week with this one in Dubai actually asks of you.

The one Cullinan on the fleet that's genuinely Series II

Rolls-Royce revealed the Series II update in May 2024, and it landed in the market as a 2025 model year car, which is exactly what this one is. The changes are real: an illuminated Pantheon grille, redesigned headlights with longer daytime running lights, new 23-inch wheels as standard, a stainless plate between the exhausts underneath, and a reworked dashboard built around digital dials instead of the old analogue clock. Some of the 2024 Cullinans that pass through our yard sit close enough to that reveal date that we can't say with confidence which face they're wearing. This one, there's no ambiguity about.

What didn't move is the part that decides how the car drives. The 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 still makes 563 hp and 850 Nm, sent through the same eight-speed automatic to all four wheels, and 0-100 km/h still arrives in 5.2 seconds despite a kerb weight close to 2,660 kg. The air suspension reads the road through a camera and softens the body before a bump lands, the same trick it's used since 2018. Paying for 2025 buys you the new face and the new dashboard. It doesn't buy you a different car to drive.

Blue, five seats and a boot that tops out fast

Blue is a considered choice rather than the default. It sits between our black cars, which soak up a Dubai afternoon fastest, and the white and grey ones, which shed heat quickest while parked, so expect the cabin to need a few minutes' head start on a 45-degree day rather than either extreme. Once the climate system catches up, cold air reaches the rear vents directly instead of trickling back from the dash, and the back of this car becomes one of the coolest, quietest seats in the city.

This is a five-seat Cullinan, not a seven, and that's the right count for how it gets booked: a couple, a small family, or an executive with a colleague, not a full load of passengers. The rear bench sits high enough that the two people in it look out over the traffic ahead rather than into the boot of the car in front, with enough width that shoulders don't touch on a run to the airport. The boot holds 560 litres, which covers two large cases and the soft bags that go with them without folding anything down. Push it to four adults with a full week of luggage between them and the boot runs out of room before the cabin does. Folding the bench opens roughly 1,930 litres, but loading a Cullinan like a van misses the point of renting one.

Width, Salik and what a week actually costs to run

The number that catches renters out isn't the height, it's the width. At over 5.3 metres long and two metres across the body, wider again with the mirrors out, this Cullinan asks for a slow approach and a wide bay in a Marina tower or a busy mall structure. Ground clearance sits at 173 mm and the air suspension lifts further for steep ramps and speed bumps, so scraping the nose isn't the risk. Threading between two support pillars in a tight multi-storey is. On Sheikh Zayed Road none of that registers: an overtake is a light push on the throttle, the cabin stays flat and quiet, and the low-down torque means you're never waiting on the engine to catch up.

Running one isn't cheap. The 100-litre tank takes premium fuel, and the V12 uses close to 16.5 litres per 100 km across a mix of city and highway driving, so budget for more fuel stops over a week than almost anything else in our fleet. Salik tolls and any RTA fines picked up during the rental are the renter's responsibility, seat belts are required in every seat, and a child under four needs a proper child seat regardless of cabin size. This sits in our most expensive class, so a refundable deposit applies rather than a no-deposit option, and you'll need to be 25 to take the keys.

Newest plate or older Cullinan: who should pay the difference

Book the 2025 if the updated face and the digital dashboard matter to you, or if you simply want the newest Cullinan we run and the certainty that comes with it, since this is the one row on our fleet where Series II status isn't in question. Book an older Cullinan instead if none of that changes your week: the drivetrain, the ride and the room inside are identical across every year we've had since 2018, and an earlier plate does the same job for less fuss over booking it.

Either way, this is a car for the occasion rather than the daily commute, a wedding arrival, an airport welcome, a run of meetings where you'd rather be driven than drive. The 250-kilometre daily allowance covers that kind of city movement with room to spare, and anything past it is billed at AED 0.5 a kilometre. If you're the one behind the wheel through an ordinary week of errands, a Range Rover gives you most of the comfort in a car that's far easier to park and considerably cheaper to feed. The Cullinan earns its rate the moment someone else is driving and the arrival is the whole point, in 2025 exactly as it did in 2018.
