Dodge Challenger 2025 - start from 643 AED / day

A week with a Dodge Challenger 2025 in Dubai buys you genuine muscle-car presence with a daily mileage that won't trip you up: this rental comes with 250 km a day included, and we rent it from age 18 when most of the market makes you wait until 21. The car here is the V6 Challenger, rear-wheel drive, putting 380 hp through an eight-speed automatic. The case for it is straightforward. You get the long bonnet, the wide stance and a brisk 0-100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, in a car that's far easier to feed across a week than the big V8s above it. If you want the look and the pace without the Hellcat fuel habit, this is the version to book.

Living with the size in the city

A Challenger is a long, wide coupe, and Dubai's tighter parking doesn't always play along. At just over five metres long and 1.92 metres wide, it fills a standard bay, and the Marina spiral ramps and older mall basements reward a slow, careful line. Use the cameras, reverse into spaces where you can, and take the wider end bays when they're free. The doors are long and heavy too, so leave yourself room to swing them in a packed multi-storey. Ground clearance is low at 132 mm, which means crawling square over Dubai's aggressive speed bumps and steep entrance lips so the nose doesn't catch.

Out on the open road, all of that turns into an advantage. The low, wide stance makes the car feel planted and grown-up at a highway cruise, which is where a coupe like this is most at home.

The engine and how it drives here

The V6 sends 380 hp to the rear wheels, and 5.6 seconds to 100 km/h makes it properly quick without being intimidating. The eight-speed automatic loafs along at low revs in traffic, then drops gears cleanly when you want to overtake on the E11. Dubai driving is mostly about rolling onto the throttle rather than launching hard, and this powertrain suits that rhythm well. Rear-wheel drive means the usual caution on a scorching afternoon, when the back tyres find their limit sooner, so feed the power in smoothly when you pull away.

Fuel and range across a Dubai week

The 70-litre tank is the number that keeps this Challenger easy to live with. Combined economy lands around 10 L/100 km, and even with Marina traffic and the AC fighting the heat, you're filling up far less often than you would in a V8. A week of city errands plus a couple of airport runs to DXB or DWC won't leave you watching the gauge. Petrol is cheap here anyway, so the running cost on this version is closer to a normal coupe than a muscle car.

Seats, boot and the honest limits

The five-seat figure reads best as two up front in comfort and the rear kept for kids or a short trip. It's a coupe back, tight for adults over a full week, and the long doors make loading the rear awkward. The boot is the upside at 459 litres, enough for two large cases and a soft bag through one fixed opening, so a couple heading away for a few days is well sorted. Four adults with airport luggage is the point where I'd steer you to a sedan instead.

Heat, and keeping the cabin bearable

A dark coupe parked in a Dubai summer turns into an oven, and this one is no exception left in the sun. The first minute is rough, then the AC pulls the temperature down quickly once you're rolling, the front vents hit hard, and the sealed cabin holds the cold at speed. Crack the windows for a few seconds before you drive off to dump the trapped heat. There's no rear climate luxury here, so seat kids where the front air reaches them first on the hottest days.

Salik, fines and the rules

Salik tolls are billed to the renter at each gantry, and any RTA fines during the rental pass to you. With this much pace on tap it's easy to drift over Dubai's camera-enforced limits, so watch your speed. Belts are mandatory in every seat, and children under four need a child seat, which we'll fit on request.

Who should book it

Rent the Challenger 2025 V6 if you want the muscle-car shape and a genuinely quick coupe for a week in Dubai, with the generous 250 km daily allowance and an easy fuel life that the V8 cars can't match. For a couple touring the city and beyond, or anyone who wants the presence without the Hellcat penalty, it's the sensible Challenger to live with.

Choose differently if the deep V8 soundtrack is the entire reason you wanted one, where the 5.7 R/T or the supercharged models deliver the classic note. And if your trip is four adults with full luggage, a sedan makes more sense. Mind the low clearance over the worst speed bumps, and this Challenger handles a Dubai week better than its thirstier siblings.
