These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute an agreement between TWENTY FOUR BABA PORTAL L.L.C ("Company", "24baba", "we", "us", or "our") and the user ("User", "you") governing the use of our electronic platform that connects Users with car rental providers or private car owners through the 24baba mobile application and/or website (collectively, "Platform").
The Platform allows Users to browse, compare, and book cars provided by independent car rental companies or private individuals ("Partners"). The Company provides only the digital connection service and does not own, operate, or control any of the vehicles listed on the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
The User must review and agree to each Partner's terms before booking. 24baba is not responsible for verifying information such as prices, availability, or vehicle details provided by Partners. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time to comply with laws or enforce these Terms.
24baba may charge service fees for use of the Platform. Service fees may apply and will be displayed before confirming any booking.
Unless otherwise stated, all rental payments are made directly between the User and the Partner. In some cases, 24baba may act as a limited payment collection agent for the Partner to process prepayments. We do not guarantee performance of third-party payment providers.
Users must use the Platform lawfully and not:
Users must provide accurate identification and comply with Partner requirements such as valid driving license, insurance, and payment methods.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.24baba.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including logos, design, content, and software, are owned by TWENTY FOUR BABA PORTAL L.L.C. Users may not copy, modify, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. Updates take effect five (5) business days after publication. Continued use after that means acceptance. The Company may terminate the Platform or access at its discretion with prior notice where possible.
